Ingredients
- 6 large beets, scrubbed clean
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons candied ginger
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
How To Make beets w/ orange and ginger sauce

Step 1Place beets in lg pot w/ enough water to cover them. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 40 mins.

Step 2Drain and let cool. Remove skins from beets and cut into wedges. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, stirring often. Add beets, toss. Serve.
