As usual, I scour blogs and web pages looking for ideas to create delicious food that my family enjoys. This recipe is loosely based on Ina Garten's Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts from www.foodnetwork.com

Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts
  • 2 slices cottage bacon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

How To Make balsamic brussel sprouts

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400.
  • Step 2
    clean and halve Brussel Sprouts.
  • Step 3
    Chop cottage bacon.
  • Step 4
    Mix oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together.
  • Step 5
    Mix everything together in glass or nonstick baking pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice while cooking.
