- 1 pound brussel sprouts
- 2 slices cottage bacon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
How To Make balsamic brussel sprouts

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2clean and halve Brussel Sprouts.

Step 3Chop cottage bacon.

Step 4Mix oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together.

Step 5Mix everything together in glass or nonstick baking pan.

Step 6Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice while cooking.
