Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or froaen corn kernels, drained
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 - 6-oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - 7-oz. can diced green chilies
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

How To Make baked chili-cheese corn

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix all ingredients in large bowl, until well combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake unril bubbling about 30 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
