This easy low fat veggie dish is easy to make and so good to eat, I served it with my Meat-zza baked calzone

Ingredients

  • 1/4 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 - potato baked or microwaved and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 10 - baby carrots cooked eldente and sliced length wise
  • 1/2 - onion, sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon weber kick'in chicken seasoning

How To Make wok-me veggies

  • Step 1
    In a wok fry the vegies until cabbage is tender crisp in a touch of buttered flavored spray oil
