vegetarian chili for one

My whole family loves chili, but sometimes I want Chili and they don't. This is just the recipe I came up with. Yummy. Let me know what you think of this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned tomatoes with green chilies and onion
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup frozen vege crumbles ( like corn, and celery )
  • 1/3 cup red kidney beans
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - pinch of cayenne pepper
  • - shredded chedder or monterey jack cheese

How To Make vegetarian chili for one

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe dish for 2 1/2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle on cheese and cover dish for 1 minute .
  • Step 3
    Add your favorite topping sour cream, chopped red onion
  • Step 4
    You can find the frozen crumbles in the frozen food section
