vegetarian chili for one
My whole family loves chili, but sometimes I want Chili and they don't. This is just the recipe I came up with. Yummy. Let me know what you think of this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned tomatoes with green chilies and onion
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup frozen vege crumbles ( like corn, and celery )
- 1/3 cup red kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon chili pwder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - pinch of cayenne pepper
- - shredded chedder or monterey jack cheese
How To Make vegetarian chili for one

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe dish for 2 1/2 minutes.

Step 2Sprinkle on cheese and cover dish for 1 minute .

Step 3Add your favorite topping sour cream, chopped red onion
