- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup basil, fresh, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 - large sweet onion, cut into 1/2" slices
How To Make sweet onion vinaigrette

Step 1In food processor puree everything but the onion. Pour into a bowl and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour so that flavors blend.

Step 2In mean time grill onion slices.

Step 3Add onion slices to vinaigrette and serve at room temperature over grilled veggies.
