shrimpy vegetable stirred up
This is one of my families favorite Asian vegetable dishes. We make this a lot. It will feed a crowd but also have leftovers. It can be made with any type of vegetables you like. I normally buy the frozen stir fry mix & make it easier on me in the kitchen

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bag vegetable stir fry mix
- 1 can whole baby corn
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1/3 cup stir fry sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 tablespoon pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 - butter, pat
How To Make shrimpy vegetable stirred up

Step 1Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Slice 1 pat of butter. Drop it in with the garlic & mix around. Add in the shrimp, salt, pepper & bay leaf. Cook until just almost all pink.

Step 2Drain the baby corn & cut in 1/2. When shrimp is almost done add in the veggies. Mix well & steam cook the vegetables.

Step 3Drizzle in the Stir fry sauce & mix. Bring to a light simmer. Taste to check if you need to add in a little something more. Remove from heat & serve.
