Ingredients
- 4 pounds sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4"-thick slices
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut up
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make saucy sweet potatoes w/ bacon

Step 1Place potatoes in a 6-quart slow-cooker. In bowl, stir together orange juice, brown sugar, salt, sage and thyme.

Step 2Pour over potatoes. Toss to coat. Dot w/ butter. Cover, cook on low for 5 hrs, or on high for 3 hrs. Sprinkle w/ bacon. Stir and serve.
