margie's garbanzo bean salad
Inspired by my cousin Margie....lovely flavors...and trust me, you just can't stop eating it.

Ingredients
- 4 cans garbanzo beans....in water and salt
- 1 medium tomato, seeded
- 1 medium cucumber, seeded
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 3 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 can black olives, small
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 - limes, juiced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- - salt and pepper
How To Make margie's garbanzo bean salad

Step 1in a large bowl, place garbanzo beans ( drained and rinsed)...start smashing with the olive oil.

Step 2add the smashed garlic cloves, keep smashing until you have half of all the garbanzo smashed.

Step 3add in the rest of the ingredients and combine well. salt and pepper to taste...best if chilled a few hours or over night....ENJOY....delicious.
