Inspired by my cousin Margie....lovely flavors...and trust me, you just can't stop eating it.

4 can(s)
garbanzo beans....in water and salt
1 medium
tomato, seeded
1 medium
cucumber, seeded
1 small
red onion, diced
3
garlic cloves, smashed
1 can(s)
black olives, small
1/2 c
olive oil
3
limes, juiced
1/2 c
cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper

How to Make Margie's Garbanzo Bean Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1in a large bowl, place garbanzo beans ( drained and rinsed)...start smashing with the olive oil.
  • 2add the smashed garlic cloves, keep smashing until you have half of all the garbanzo smashed.
  • 3add in the rest of the ingredients and combine well.
    salt and pepper to taste...best if chilled a few hours or over night....ENJOY....delicious.
