- 12 ounces green beans, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 3 small cornichons, minced or 2 tablespoons dill (sour) pickle relish

Step 1If using micro-wave-in-bag or frozen green beans, follow directions on the package. If using fresh beans, rinse beans leaving droplets of water on the beans. Microwave, in a covered container, on high for 5 minutes or until the beans are a little under-done. Allow beans to sit, covered, for 3 or 4 minutes for steam to finish the cooking.

Step 2Whisk together melted butter, honey, mustard, and cornichons. Toss the beans in this mixture until well coated
