Eat Your Heart Out Popeye Spinach Balls

Roz Wenrich

These are always a great hit at parties and a wonderful way to get people who don't normally love spinach to eat it. A walk around party hors d'oeuvre that can be made ahead of time to leave the hostess with more time the day of the party. They got their name because Popeye always eats his spinach out of a can - YUCK - and these are so delicious that he can eat his heart out longing for these instead!!

Quite delicious and easy to prepare, these are a great little appetizer. They're warm, chewy and crisp on the bottom. It's a yummy way to eat your veggies. Popeye would love these. They'll be a hit at your next party. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
