10 csmall fresh brussels sprouts

1/2 csugar

1/4 cbutter

1/2 cred wine vinegar

3/4 cwater

How to Make Easy holiday Tangy brussels sprouts
- Peel off 2-3 dark outer leaves of each brussels sprouts. Trim ends.
- In lg dutch oven, heat sugar over medium heat, until sugar starts to melt, shaking pan occasionally. Reduce heat and cook sugar until it starts to brown.
- Add butter, stir until it is melted. Add vinegar, cook 1 mins. Add water and salt. Bring to a boil.Add sprouts. Return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 6 mins, or until liquid is evaporated.
