1/4 cup onion, choppd fine
1/3 ounce cream cheese, room temp n softend
3 tablespoons half n half....milk will work :) (add addnl tblspn at a time to thin out creamd spinach)
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon s n p......more or less to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil n butter

How To Make easy creamed spinach

Step 1

IN A MED SIZE PAN HEAT BUTTER N OLIVE OIL THEN ADD CHOPD ONIONS N SAUTÉ FOR 3 MIN.

Step 2

ADD SPINACH TO THE SAUTED ONIONS ADD S n P THEN STIR TO COMBINE.
Step 3

OVER A SIMMER ADD SOFEND CREAM CHEESE N STIR TILL COMBINED ...THEN STIR IN PARMESAN CHEESE .
Step 4

STIR IN HALF N HALF (OR MILK) UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS REACHD.
