clean -eating lunch salad w/pecans
As of this morning, I've lost 13 pounds. This was done with NO EXCURSIZE, just food intake. I figure, why not share what I'm eating. I have been eating vegetarian sense the 1st of January. Don't get me wrong, I've had my moment of weakness, and got a cup of coffee and 2 ( yes t-w-o) doughnuts. I beat myself up for about an hour, then I GOT OVER IT ! Next meal, right back on track. I'm not following any certain diet, I'm tacking a little bit from EVERYBODY. I've joined more that one group, I figure we can all learn from each other. Clean Eating is my contribution. Enjoycooking.
