Ingredients
- 5 large carrots(sliced)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make candied carrots

Step 1Add carrots and chicken broth to large sauce pan; bring to boil. Cook until carrots are tender.

Step 2Drain carrots leaving about 1/2 cup liquid in sauce pan.

Step 3Add butter, brown sugar, salt,pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Step 4Cook until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved; carrots are coated about 5 minutes. enjoy
