How to Make Candied Carrots
- 1Add carrots and chicken broth to large sauce pan; bring to boil. Cook until carrots are tender.
- 2Drain carrots leaving about 1/2 cup liquid in sauce pan.
- 3Add butter, brown sugar, salt,pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 4Cook until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved; carrots are coated about 5 minutes. enjoy
