I went looking for a Cajun or Creole cabbage recipe. I found one similar to this & changed it up a bit. This is excruciatingly simple & easy. The results are buttery, spicy, delicious cabbage! And practically nothing to clean up! What more could anyone ask for??

Ingredients For cajun cabbage

  • 1 sm
    head of green cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tsp
    cajun seasoning

How To Make cajun cabbage

    Preheat oven to 400F. Tear off 4 sheets of foil.

    Trim cabbage & cut into fourths. Put each piece of a sheet of foil.

    Drizzle each with approximately 1/2 TB oil then sprinkle with approximately 1 tsp cajun seasoning.

    Close up foil tightly. Put all 4 on the baking sheet. Put in oven & roast about 30 minutes.

    Unwrap & serve! (ps. there's nearly no cleanup!)
