broiled garlic- oregano cauliflower

My favorite way to eat cauliflower! I call it broiled but I bake it on high heat so as not to burn the garlic.

Ingredients
- 1/4 - head of cauliflower
- - drizzle w/ extra virgin olive oil,
- Dashes - oregano, dried
- Dash - cayenne pepper
- 5 - garlic segments
How To Make broiled garlic- oregano cauliflower

Step 1Wash cauliflower, then cut crowns apart, further cut crowns into small quarters

Step 2Place onto baking pan then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with oregano,cayenne, and Sea salt & black pepper if desired.

Step 3Press garlic segments onto cauliflowers and bake at 400 F. Approx. 20 min. Turning during baking ea. 10 min. until desired color.
