This beet relish goes good on salads and a topping for roast beef or pork

Ingredients

  • 2 pints beets, trimmed and divided by 4
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 medium horseradish root grated and divided by 4
  • 6 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 - half pint jars

How To Make beet relish with horseradish e.j.j.

  • Step 1
    Combine sugar, vinegar, and horseradish and pour over diced beets.
  • Step 2
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
