How to Make Bacon-wrapped chicken, stuffed w/ spinach
- Heat oven to 375. In medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, spinach, feta and garlic.
- Slice each chicken breast in thickest part w/out going all the way through. Spoon spinach mix into chicken pockets.
- Wrap each chicken breast w/ a slice of bacon. Secure w/ a toothpick. Place chicken in a shallow pan. Cover w/ foil. Bake about 1 hr, or until juices run clear.
