A simple, yet yummy chicken dish I've been making for years. I usually serve this w/ rice pilaf.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed,squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
How To Make bacon-wrapped chicken, stuffed w/ spinach

Step 1Heat oven to 375. In medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, spinach, feta and garlic.

Step 2Slice each chicken breast in thickest part w/out going all the way through. Spoon spinach mix into chicken pockets.

Step 3Wrap each chicken breast w/ a slice of bacon. Secure w/ a toothpick. Place chicken in a shallow pan. Cover w/ foil. Bake about 1 hr, or until juices run clear.
