1 bunch
fresh asparagus
2/3 c
water
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tbsp
fresh rosemary, chopped fine
1/2 tsp
dried thyme

grape tomatoes, halved

How to Make Asparagus and Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place asparagus in a 10 inch skillet, add water and cook cover over medium heat until tender crisp, then reduce heat to low and remove pan
  • 2Drain asparagus then return to pan and ad tomatoes
  • 3Combine vinegar, oil, and herbs and pour over asparagus and tomatoes
  • 4Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes to warm tomatoes, then serve
