Ingredients

  • 1 bunch
    fresh asparagus
  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    fresh rosemary, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 10
    grape tomatoes, halved

How to Make Asparagus and Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Place asparagus in a 10 inch skillet, add water and cook cover over medium heat until tender crisp, then reduce heat to low and remove pan
  2. Drain asparagus then return to pan and ad tomatoes
  3. Combine vinegar, oil, and herbs and pour over asparagus and tomatoes
  4. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes to warm tomatoes, then serve
