- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 10 - grape tomatoes, halved
How To Make asparagus and tomatoes

Step 1Place asparagus in a 10 inch skillet, add water and cook cover over medium heat until tender crisp, then reduce heat to low and remove pan

Step 2Drain asparagus then return to pan and ad tomatoes

Step 3Combine vinegar, oil, and herbs and pour over asparagus and tomatoes

Step 4Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes to warm tomatoes, then serve
