Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 10 - grape tomatoes, halved

How To Make asparagus and tomatoes

  • Step 1
    Place asparagus in a 10 inch skillet, add water and cook cover over medium heat until tender crisp, then reduce heat to low and remove pan
  • Step 2
    Drain asparagus then return to pan and ad tomatoes
  • Step 3
    Combine vinegar, oil, and herbs and pour over asparagus and tomatoes
  • Step 4
    Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes to warm tomatoes, then serve
