Ingredients
- 1- - 2 lb loaf of wheat bread-dried out
- 1/2 pound country sausage,cooked and drained
- 1/2 pound bacon,cooked and drained
- 1 large onion,chopped
- 4 large stalks celery,choped
- 2-3 cups chicken broth
- 2-4 teaspoons poulry seasoning or sage
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bread dressing or bread stuffin' muffins

Step 1Break bread into large bowl. Set aside. Meanwhile, cook Sausage, drain. Using the same skillet, Fry Bacon, reserve bacon drippings to use later in the dressing.

Step 2When bacon has cooled, Crumble Bacon into Bread bowl. Add in crumbled sausage also. Using 1 Tablespoon bacon drippings, saute' celery and onion (Adding in as raw is ok too) Combined all ingredients into bowl. Stir .Pour over the Chicken Broth until just moistened. Bake in a shallow pan 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or use small scoop to muffin tins for an hour or until tops are crispy
