  • 1/2
    tomato, chopped
  • 1 large
    cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    red onion, chopped

    black beans

    sea salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Black Bean and Rice Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together to make the dressing.
  2. Cool rice and add all ingredients together. Stir in dressing.
