Ingredients

olive oil

red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp
basil, fresh chopped
1 tsp
sugar
3 c
jasmine rice, cooked
1/2
tomato, chopped
1 large
cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 c
red onion, chopped
1 can(s)
black beans
sea salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Mix first 4 ingredients together to make the dressing.
2Cool rice and add all ingredients together. Stir in dressing.
