Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds pork butt
- 1/2 pound ground chuck
- 6 - raw potatoes
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup scalded milk cooled
How To Make swedish sausage eddie style

Step 1Mix all ingredients well.stuff in washed casings. Prick sausage so they don't burst when cooking set aside.

Step 2Put 4 quarts water in a large sauce pan add salt and bring to a boil.

Step 3Add sausage to boiling water and simmer for 45 minutes.

Step 4Lift sausage from boiling water cool and wrap twice with freezer paper. freeze until ready to use.

Step 5When ready to use preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw sausage and cook on a baking pan for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 6Serve with potato salad, hot rolls, and a garden salad.
