    fingerling potatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    crushed rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    coarse grind black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make ROASTED FINGERLING POTATOES

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and cheese; toss to coat well.
  2. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined 15x10x1" baking pan.
  3. Roast in a preheated 425-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
