How to Make ROASTED FINGERLING POTATOES
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and cheese; toss to coat well.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined 15x10x1" baking pan.
- Roast in a preheated 425-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
