- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make roasted fingerling potatoes

Step 1In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and cheese; toss to coat well.

Step 2Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined 15x10x1" baking pan.

Step 3Roast in a preheated 425-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
