Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pound small new potatoes, quartered, unpeeled
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

How To Make new potatoes in creamy dill sauce

  • Step 1
    Microwave potatoes and water in covered 3-qt. microwaveable dish on HIGH for 15 to 17 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 10 minutes; drain. Return potatoes to dish; set aside.
  • Step 2
    Microwave cream cheese and milk in microwaveable bowl for 1 minute; stir until smooth. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with dill.
  • Step 3
    Microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through; stir gently and serve.
