    baked potato
  • 1
    flour tortillas
  • 1/4 c
    shredded cheese
  • ·
    paprika, salt and pepper,
  • OPTIONAL:

  • ·
    top with chives thinly sliced (tops of scallion)
  • ·
    garnish with slices of red onion for both flavor and a colorful presentation

How to Make HomeStyle Mashed Cheesy potato in Taco Shell

Step-by-Step

  1. Bake Potato wrap in foil for 2 hrs. at 350 degrees F.
  2. Bake Tortilla shell in sm. dry cast iron skillet approx. 10-12 minutes
  3. Remove from oven then mash with fork
  4. Place into tortilla bowl then add sprinkle paprika, salt, pepper, only a pinch of cayenne pepper
  5. top with scallions if desired then serve while hot
