Ingredients
- 6 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 10-12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups french fried onions
How To Make crunchy onion bacon potatoes

Step 1Layer half of the potatoes in an 8-inch square baking pan and sprinkle with half the bacon, half the cheese, and half the onions. Top with remaining potatoes.

Step 2Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining bacon, cheese, and onions. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.

Step 3NOTES: may use store-bought mashed potatoes, already prepared, such as Bob Evans, or may use homemade. If using homemade the prep time will be longer.
