clean eating spicy sweet potato fries w/ cilantro

I'm sitting at home trying to think of different things that can be cooked fast and still remain clean eating. I basically used all the things that are already in my kitchen that's what I'm trying to use up. This is what I thought of and I hope you try it. Enjoycooking ......keep it clean.

Ingredients

  • - sweet potatoe(s)
  • - chili mix (enough to coat potatoes wedges)
  • - cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • CILANTRO SAUCE
  • 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1/2 - lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • - salt and pepper
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • HEAT OVEN TO 350 F

    Step 1
    Peel and cut potatoes in desired shape

    Put chili mix in bag, to coat potatoes, make sure they are coated well.

    Bake until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Step 4
    FOR CILANTRO SAUCE..... Load ALL ingredients in blender or food processor, blend well, TASTE and make adjustments (what you like)
