How to Make Clean Cooking: Fast Breakfast Potatos
- Coat skillet with a thin layer of olive oil over medium heat
- slice potatos and shallots very thin ( i used the long slit in greater)
- Add potatos and shallots in oil, springle salt and pepper to taste
- Springle tumeric and rosemary, cover with lid for 5 min.
Use spatula to flip potatos
- Add 4 tables spoons of water to potatos (put lid on skillet)
Cook until tender.
