Ingredients
- 3-4 large potatoes
- 4-5 slices bacon, fried crisp
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 ounces american cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cheese potato casserole

Step 1Pare and slice potatoes into a casserole dish; add salt and pepper.

Step 2Crumble bacon over potatoes. Add sliced onions and cheese. Slice butter over the top of the casserole.

Step 3Cover and bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes. Uncover and bake for about 5-10 minutes until the top is golden. Serves 6.
