Ingredients
- 3 TO 4 pounds beef stew meat
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 pound carrots
- 2 large onions grated
- 1 stalk celery sliced
- 2 - pods fresh okra
- 2 cans peas in juice
- 1 can green beans in juice
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 1 can corn
- 1 - bay leaf
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Trim stew meat of fat.

Step 2Cut potatoes and carrots in chunks.

Step 3Mix all ingredients together in a large oven proof pan, cover

Step 4Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
