- 2 cups water
- 1 cup washed and drained quinoa, recommend toasting
How To Make plain quinoa

Step 1Bring 2 cups water to a boil in 2 quart sauce pan.

Step 2Add 1 cup plain or Toasted Quinoa and return to boil, cover and cook over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until Quinoa has absorbed all the water.

Step 3Remove from heat and fluff, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
