Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 6 ounces uncooked regular oats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- - sugar substitute equalling 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- - vegetable cooking spray
How To Make oatmeal-blueberry muffins

Step 1Combine flour, oats, baking powder, sugar substitute, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

Step 2Combine egg, milk , and oil; add to dry ingrediants, stirring just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries.

Step 3Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling 2/3 full. Sprinkle cinnamon over muffins, and bake at 425 f for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. cool and serve
