plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
6 oz
uncooked regular oats
1 Tbsp
baking powder
sugar substitute equalling 2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp
1 c
skim milk
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1 c
fresh blueberries
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
vegetable cooking spray

How to Make Oatmeal-Blueberry Muffins


  • 1Combine flour, oats, baking powder, sugar substitute, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  • 2Combine egg, milk , and oil; add to dry ingrediants, stirring just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries.
  • 3Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling 2/3 full. Sprinkle cinnamon over muffins, and bake at 425 f for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. cool and serve
