I'm always looking for new ways to get those healthy veggies into our diet. And this is such a tasty one, you forget it's also good for you.

Ingredients
- - dressing:
- 2 tablespoons bleu cheese dressing
- 1 tablespoon bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated horseradish
- - slaw:
- 1 cup green cabbage. shredded
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 large carrot
- 1 - scallion, chopped
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup granny smith apple, sliced into matchsticks
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crisp, chopped bacon + more more garnish
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
How To Make bbq bleu cheese, bacon slaw

Step 1Mix all the dressing ingredients together with a whisk.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.

Step 3To be fancy, set aside a few of the nicest looking cabbage leaves and serve in “cabbage cups”.

Step 4Sprinkle reserved crumbled bacon on top as garnish.

Step 5Slaw will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
