I was invited by some dear friends for Christmas dinner.... I couldn't go without taking something, so I cooked up a Stuffed Pork Loin, recipe to follow...

I thought I don't want to waste anything so I came up with this recipe with the left over broccoli and asparagus and some Asiago cheese...

Turned out to be a real winner !

Try it and let me know what you think

Sincerely,
Fireman Bob
