How to Make Corn pudding


  1. Take 1 sleeve of saltine crackers and smash making crumbs
  2. Lightly beat eggs with milk salt and pepper
  3. Mix cream corn chopped onion egg mixture and 2/3 of the smashed saltines
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 8 x8 pan
  5. Mix remaining smashed crackers and mix with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top of mixture
  7. Preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and set in center
