How to Make Corn pudding
- Take 1 sleeve of saltine crackers and smash making crumbs
- Lightly beat eggs with milk salt and pepper
- Mix cream corn chopped onion egg mixture and 2/3 of the smashed saltines
- Pour mixture into a greased 8 x8 pan
- Mix remaining smashed crackers and mix with melted butter.
- Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top of mixture
- Preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and set in center
