Ingredients
- 2 cans cream corn
- 1 package saltine crackers
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 small onion diced
- - salt and pepper
How To Make corn pudding

Step 1Take 1 sleeve of saltine crackers and smash making crumbs

Step 2Lightly beat eggs with milk salt and pepper

Step 3Mix cream corn chopped onion egg mixture and 2/3 of the smashed saltines

Step 4Pour mixture into a greased 8 x8 pan

Step 5Mix remaining smashed crackers and mix with melted butter.

Step 6Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top of mixture

Step 7Preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and set in center
