Ingredients For chili relleno squares

  • 3 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 can
    4-oz. chopped green chilies, drained
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour

How To Make chili relleno squares

  • 1
    Place half of the cheeses in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with chilies and remaining cheeses. In a bowl beat the eggs, add the milk and flour; pour over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until set. Serve warm. Makes 16 servings.
