Step-by-Step

  1. Cut chilies in 2-inch pieces. Lay in 7x11-inch baking dish and cover with cheese. Beat egg, add flour, milk and salt. Pour oveer cheese. Bake 45-50 minutes in 350 degrees oven until set and light golden. Makes 4 servings.
