Wild Rice Stuffing
1/2 cchopped celery
1/2 cchopped onion
1 1/2 cchicken broth
1 Tbspminced fresh parsley
3 ctorn whole wheat artisan bread
1 1/2 ccooked wild rice
How to Make Wild Rice Stuffing
- Sauté celery and onion in butter in a large skillet until tender.
In a large bowl, combine the next 4 ingredients.
Mix in celery mixture, bread pieces and rice.
- Spoon mixture into a greased or sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover with foil and bake at 350^ for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until set.
