- 3 cups eggs,divided
- 1 1/2 cups hot cooked wild rice
- 3 ounces cheese grated,divided (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 1/2 cups thawed frozen spinach,drain
- 1 cup mushrooms,sliced
How To Make wild rice and spinach quiche

Step 1Beat one egg; stir in rice, half the cheese, and salt.Press firmly into an even layer on the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.

Step 2Beat remaining eggs,stir in spinach,milk,salt, pepper,mushrooms and remaining cheese.

Step 3Spoon into pan.Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
