Ingredients
- 11 ounces couscous
- - feta cheese
- 30 ounces chick peas
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 - cucumber
- - evoo
- - lemon juice
- - salt and pepper
- - fresh parsley
How To Make couscous salad with chickpeas

Step 1Cook couscous according to directions. Rinse and drain.

Step 2Chop onion, cucumber and parsley. Rinse and drain chick peas.

Step 3Add all dry ingredients and toss with EVOO, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Go light. You can always add more.
