couscous
feta cheese
30 oz
chick peas
1/2 c
red onion

cucumber
evoo
lemon juice
salt and pepper
fresh parsley

How to Make Couscous salad with chickpeas

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook couscous according to directions.

    Rinse and drain.
  • 2Chop onion, cucumber and parsley.

    Rinse and drain chick peas.
  • 3Add all dry ingredients and toss with EVOO, lemon juice and salt and pepper.

    Go light. You can always add more.
