  • 11 oz
    couscous
  • ·
    feta cheese
  • 30 oz
    chick peas
  • 1/2 c
    red onion
  • 1
    cucumber
  • ·
    evoo
  • ·
    lemon juice
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    fresh parsley

How to Make Couscous salad with chickpeas

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook couscous according to directions.

    Rinse and drain.
  2. Chop onion, cucumber and parsley.

    Rinse and drain chick peas.
  3. Add all dry ingredients and toss with EVOO, lemon juice and salt and pepper.

    Go light. You can always add more.
