cilantro infused rice

Although white rice is not the healthiest, I have lots of it thanks to my local food distribution charity. And at present I need savings and attempt to save where possible. This recipe is only one way that I do that. It's a good way to be satisfied with little and can be enjoyed anytime of day.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 stick unsalted butter
- Dashes - water
- 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- Dash - minced garlic seasoning
- Dash - paprika, sweet mild
- 10 sprigs cilantro, fresh
- Dash - ginger seasoning
How To Make cilantro infused rice

Step 1On low heat melt butter in a dash of water into saucepan add minced fresh cilantro leaves & stems, simmer 5 minutes.

Step 2Add cooked rice a spoonful, lift & lightly stir. Add Cajon seasoning, only a heavy dash of paprika and only 1 dash of minced garlic seasoning to taste. Gently incorporate seasonings thoroughly.

Step 3Caution: Do not over-cook!
