Ingredients
- 2 - 14 ounces boxes seasoned frozen stuffing
- 2 - 14 ounces cans or equivalent of chicken broth
- 2 - 14 ounces cans water
- 2 - 10 ounces frozen chopped spinash
- 2 cups portobello mushroom - chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic - chopped
- 1 pound sweet sausage - chopped
- 2 - granny smith apples - peeled/ diced
- 3-4 stalks celery - diced
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
How To Make turkey stuffing

Step 1-In a large bowl, mix together stuffing, chicken broth, water, spinach, and garlic. -saute chopped onion & celery in olive oil -aprx 1 min. then add to bowl. -then also saute in olive oil the mushrooms and sausage for aprox 3 min. then add to bowl. -"clean pan" saute apples and butter for less then a minute then add to bowl

Step 2Mix everything together well. Stuffing should be moist. If not add additional broth or water (not soggy). Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees f for 1 hour.
