- 5 - mashed sweet potatoes or
- 2 cans pumpkin or squash
- 2 - egg
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped dates and apricots or
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze dried fruit
How To Make sweet potato pineapple custard

Step 1Combine first five ingredients, using pumpkin, sweet potatoes or squash. Bake on 350 for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans and crushed freeze dried fruit.
