  1. Boil potatoes until cooked. in the meantime melt butter in another pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft and translucent.
  2. Mash potatoes and add the fried garlic and onions with the butter, add the cheese and enough milk to make them mashed potato consistency. Serve and enjoy
