My family loves these potatoes, I always have to bring them to the family get-togethers! lol

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups salt
  • 1/2 cup malt vinegar

How To Make salt and vinegar roasted potatoes

  • Step 1
    Add salt and potatoes to the water, bring Water to a boil, cook potatoes until tender then let cool.
  • Step 2
    Grease baking sheet with olive oil, smash potatoes then brush potatoes with malt vinegar.
  • Step 3
    Bake potatoes until golden brown about 10 - 15 minutes, brush with more malt vinegar and Enjoy!
