Ingredients For roasted red potatoes

  • 1 1/2 lb
    red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make roasted red potatoes

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag; seal and toss to coat. Pour into an ungeased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4 servings.
