Ingredients

  • 2 medium
    potatoes
  • 2 medium
    sweet potatoes
  • 1 small
    butternut squash
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch
    paprika
  • ·
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make EDDIE"S OVEN FRIES 1-2-3

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash potatoes,but don't peel. peel and seed butternut squash. Slice potatoes and squash into 1/2-inch thick strips.
  2. Blot dry with paper towel's. toss potatoes and squash in a bowl with oil until well coated. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Toss with parmasen cheese
  5. Makes eight servings.
  6. NOTE: you might cook the sweet potatoes and squash on a seprate pan than the regular potatoes because they don,t take as long to cook.
