- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
How To Make mashed potatoes with horseradish

Step 1Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 8-10 minutes; drain. Add butter, salt and pepper. Whip with an electric mixer on low speed or mash with a potato masher. Add sour cream and horseradish, mix well. Serve right away. Makes 6-8 servings.
